Search in Viva Connections App for Teams on iOS/Android Tablets
Hey there, fellow Microsoft Viva Connections users! Exciting news is on the horizon – the search feature within the Viva Connections app in Microsoft Teams is about to get a major upgrade for iOS and Android tablet users like us.
So, what does this mean for us? Well, imagine no longer needing to switch between apps or open up a browser just to search through our intranet. With this update, the search functionality will be seamlessly integrated right within our Teams app, making it easier and more efficient to find what we need.
This enhancement has been rolling out gradually, first on iOS and then on Android for mobile phones. And now, it's finally reaching our tablets too!
The rollout is expected to kick off in early April 2024, with completion slated for mid-April 2024. So mark your calendars because soon enough, searching through our intranet will be smoother than ever.
The best part? No action is required from us to prepare for this update. Microsoft has got us covered. However, it might be a good idea to let our team members know about this exciting change and update any relevant documentation.
