Hey there! Have you ever had a brilliant idea to enhance your SharePoint experience, encountered a pesky issue that just won't go away, or simply wanted to shower some love for a feature that made your work life easier? Well, guess what? Microsoft has heard your silent whispers and is now giving you the power to amplify your voice with the introduction of the new feedback button in Microsoft SharePoint Online!

Just like a beacon of hope, this feedback button is here to empower us users to submit compliments, share problems, or voice suggestions regarding SharePoint features and functionality directly to the wizards at Microsoft. It's like having a direct line to the heart of SharePoint, where our feedback becomes the fuel for innovation and improvement.

Starting mid-March 2024 for the Targeted Release and mid-April 2024 for the Worldwide rollout, you'll spot this handy little icon nestled within your SharePoint sites, beckoning you to share your thoughts. Whether it's a suggestion to streamline a process, a bug that needs squashing, or a heartfelt thank you for a job well done, Microsoft is all ears.

What's even more exciting is knowing that Microsoft is committed to reviewing every single piece of feedback we send their way. Our voices won't fall on deaf ears; they'll be heard, valued, and most importantly, acted upon. It's a testament to Microsoft's dedication to crafting SharePoint into a platform that truly meets the evolving needs of its users.

Now, you might be wondering, "How do I prepare for this newfound power?" Fear not, for Microsoft has made it a breeze. The feedback collection is set to on by default, seamlessly integrated into our SharePoint experience. However, if you ever feel the need to turn it off or customize your feedback settings, the Cloud Policy service for Microsoft 365 in the Microsoft 365 Apps admin center has got you covered.

So, let's embrace this opportunity to shape the future of SharePoint together. Let's share our insights, ignite conversations, and watch as our collective feedback transforms into tangible improvements. The journey begins with a single click of that feedback button – let's make it count!

Ready to unleash your voice? Let's dive in and make our SharePoint experience even better than before!
